This filly was bought by Archie Watson and Tom Biggs of Blandford Bloodstock for 30,000 at the Tattersalls Somerville Yearling Sales.

Nick was contemplating bidding on this filly as the price reached 30,000 but chose to approach Archie after the hammer had gone down. 30,000 was the top price that Nick would have paid, perhaps one bid more!

- Pedigree - 

She is a very strong daughter of Dream Ahead out of a quick Dandy Man mare. She was the biggest yearling bought by Nick at the sales to date. Standing around 15'3 she is a very well-developed filly who has clearly taken her sales preparation very well.  

Being by a four time Group 1 winning stallion in Dream Ahead over 6 and 7 furlongs and out of a dual winning 5 furlong daughter of Dandy Man this filly is bred to be fast!
Physically she doesn't look like a filly and has the build of a colt, a well developed colt at that! She has a no nonsense action to her and moves with purpose and without fuss. Looking at her front legs she toes out on both front legs which can mean that she would be better with some give in the ground.

Looking at her pedigree you would expect her to debut over 5 or 6 furlongs in May and end up running over 6 or 7 furlongs.

Archie Watson has excelled with his 2yos in 2022 recording 11 winners to date including the Coventry winner Bradsell who like this filly was sourced from this sale. Archie is very professional in everything he does and has chosen to take a significant stake in this filly such is his regard for her.
