- Lot 118 - 

This Dabirsim filly was purchased at the Osarus September Yearling Sale on the 30th of August  for €8,000. Underbid by a breeze-up consignor who clearly thought she was going to be fast.

A sale that Nick was excited to return too after scooping up Mersea for only €5,000 last year and how she has performed for us this year. This year it wasn't as strong as last year, looking like a lot of the lots have been tempted to the Arqana sale.

Nick thought she was the best filly of the sale!

- Pedigree -

A Dabirsim filly out of a Daaher mare.

The first one out of the mare was a full sister, Echelle Du Levant, who went on to make €140,000 at the Arqana Deauville Oct (yearlings) sale. She was only average but won a couple of races. Overall a good back pedigree!

- Nick's Thoughts -

Nick thought she was the best filly of the sale. Certainly the best mover and probably the best physical. She has a great action and flow to her. 

If you look at her walking she doesn't have a perfect conformation. When she walks towards she is toeing in slightly on both.

The vendor said to everyone at the sale that she was a 2B scope. Nick sent the video to Peter Hines who is usually pretty harsh on his scopes. He gave it a 2A...therefore Nick saw her as a good opportunity as a 2B would have definitely put a few off.
