This is a very racy and precocious individual who should be ready to race in early April if she continues to develop the way she has done to this point. She has plenty of character about her, which suggests she finds her work quite easy.
She is currently cantering up Warren Hill, and also doing slower, longer training to improve her cardiovascular levels. She will have a break over Christmas and New Year which will give her the time she needs to strengthen and have a break mentally.

Just an update for you on the Twilight Son yearling filly.
She certainly had her own ideas when first ridden away, but switched on quickly and has since taken the process very well. She had a small break afterwards, but is now back cantering and looks likely to be pretty precocious.
She is physically forward and very strong, and has the mind to go with it having taken her early excursions so well. She will be in "big school" in two weeks, and we can really look forward to her continuing to progress.

Purchased from the Somerville yearling sales in a joint venture with Alice Haynes. An athletic filly, we'd expect her to be out mid-season over the minimum trips. Alice Haynes has done particuarly well with rather cheap fillies this year, she's had two stakes winners who cost very little. Everything we've seen so far points towards history repeating itself.
- Pedigree -
By Twilight son who was the winner of his first five races, including the Group One Sprint Cup at Haydock as 3yo. The filly is bred to be a fast from the start but she's one who will train on as a 3yo, especially considering Twilight Son was by Kyllachy. This trend continues with the mare Sweet and Dandy who enjoyed her best season as a 3yo, something that would be expected from many of Dandy Man's offspring.
- Nick's Thoughts -
She’s bred to be a very fast filly and she’s exactly the type Alice does well with. She excelled with her early season sprinters in 2022 and we think this is exactly what this filly will be. Alice likes her as well she’s taken a leg. She’ll be one of our first runners of the year.
