HAVANA GOLD X STELLA BLUE

- Lot 1827 - 

On what's proved a challenging week for most at the Tattersall's sales, we managed to secure this filly alongside Grant Tuer. She was consigned by Culworth Grounds Farm and cost £41k. She wont be the earliest of our string and will probably be seen to best affect as a 3yo, she come from a good family, the dam has produced Sirius Prospect who was a three time stakes winner.

Havana Gold has a fine record with producing capable 2yo's in the last few years, if you rewind two years he was one of the most fashionable sire's around just like Havana Grey is now.  The dam, Stella Blue was a black type filly at both 2 and 3 and has already produced winners of the City of York stakes and the Doncaster mile.

- Nick's Thoughts - 

Our first purchase of the week, when crowds had started to dwindle. I believe the filly will always be worth £30k as a broodmare, she's a very good model and sister to two stakes horses. She has very good physical's, good action, good push and she's a classy filly who id highly recommend.
