This filly was purchased from the Goffs Premier Yearling Sales for £18,000.
This was our cheapest purchase at the sale but Nick had plenty of bids left on her and would have probably bid up to £25,000 to secure her.
She is a strong well put together filly who looks like she will be a precocious 2yo filly on the track. She stands up well, has a good hip and is a good mover.
She has a good hip and looks the type to be running over 5 and 6 furlongs in May as a 2yo.
She is a first foal out of the Exceed and Excel mare Private View. Her sire, Twilight Son, was written off by many as he didn't have any 2yo winners in the opening month of the Covid-19 hit 2020 season. Looking at his statistics in 2021 he has had 7 blacktype runners with 3 Stakes winners at the time of writing so he is more than capable of producing a top quality runner on the track.
Our filly qualifies for the Great British Bonus which means that she will earn her owners £13,000 every time she wins a Fillies only Novice or Maiden as a 2yo.
She joins Roger Fell who has had a breakthrough year in 2021 with his 2yos with four 2yo winners to date each with cheaply bought yearlings. They include Eldrickjones who finished 2nd in the Group 2 Coventry Stakes at Royal Ascot.
