dark angel x plagiarism

We purchased this Dark Angel filly from Yeomanstown Stud. Nick would never have purchased this filly on the breeze alone, as it was not of any particular note. Nick was speaking with the vendor after the breezes yesterday and he told him that it was their best filly they have had this year! David is part of the O'Callaghan family that own Yeomanstown stud and certainly not one to blow his trumpet without just cause...

Nick was certainly not the only person privy to this inside scope, we managed to secure her for 70,000, on the breeze alone you probably wouldn't be paying over 30,000. Although her breeze was not fantastic in her defence Nick doesn't recall a Yeomanstown stud horse ever breezing particularly well & on top of that a Dark Angel horse as well. For some reason they just can't do it. But they certainly do go on to become racehorses on the track!

She has been beating everything they have at home and David believes she is a black type filly & will be a stakes filly by the end of the year! Nick has never seen him this bullish before...David was mad about it, and has kept 50%. She will be heading to Karl's who will also be taking a share. So not many shares will be available...

Whether he is right we will find out over the next few months!
